Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Shipment Carriers

We use major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier is chosen based on best available rates and delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes (subject to carrier restrictions).

International Shipping

We currently do/do not ship outside the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We can assist by providing necessary documentation.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
